City price index: what Spanish food costs across Europe
Each band is the typical food spend per person (drinks and service excluded): 1 = up to £10, 2 = £10-30, 3 = £30-50, 4 = £50+. Figures come from reported per-person ranges where restaurants publish them, and menu-based estimates otherwise. The index is the average band of the priced restaurants in each city; coverage shows how much of the city's scene that average rests on. Cities with fewer than 3 priced restaurants are not ranked yet.
